Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Access to paid features continues until the billing period ends.
• Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

• Refunds are not automatic.
• All refund requests are handled manually by administrators.
• Refund eligibility is assessed case-by-case, considering usage, timing, and feature access.
• AI Aviation Jobs reserves the right to decline refund requests where services have already been used.

• Upgrades take effect immediately.
• Billing is handled via Stripe's standard proration process.
• Unused subscription value may be applied as a credit in accordance with Stripe rules.
• Credits do not constitute a cash refund unless explicitly approved.

• Job Boosts apply only to the selected job posting.
• Job Boosts do not change the underlying subscription plan.
• Fees for Job Boosts and add-ons are non-refundable once activated, unless otherwise agreed.

In exceptional cases (e.g. material platform issues), partial or full refunds may be considered at AI Aviation Jobs' discretion.
