Director & Company Founder

Ciaran Qualified as a commercial Pilot in 2003. He worked in pilot recruitment with a leading Aviation Recruitment company in Dublin until 2005. He then joined an ACMI Airline based in London Southend Flying the Bae146 & Avro RJ. He founded Ryan Aviation Recruitment in 2009 and has overseen the companies strategic growth to date. He has worked for a number of European carriers specialising in ACMI, VIP and scheduled passenger operations. In 2018 Ciaran completed his B737-300-900 type rating and is a current line pilot across all types. He holds an ATPL (A)

Jacqueline Doory

Jacqueline Doory trained as an accountant with CIMA (Chartered Inst of Management Accountants) in London 1996. When Jacqueline returned to Ireland in 2000, she completed the Tax Technicians Course with the Irish Tax Institute and followed on from this with an Advanced Diploma with Ulster University and MBA (Masters Business Administration) with Athlone Institute of Technology in 2012. Jacqueline has worked with several different companies in the Private Sector and has been with AI Aviation Ltd from the beginning supporting the Finance & Strategy side of the company.

Graham qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Ireland in 2002 and qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2005. Graham has over 20 years experience working as an accountant and tax advisor.
