Job Specification – B1 Licensed Engineer (A320)

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with a valid A320 type rating to support a long-term base maintenance programme in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for contractors seeking a stable, ongoing assignment with accommodation, travel, and local transport provided.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on A320 aircraft.
Carry out inspections, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting in accordance with approved maintenance data.
Certify maintenance work in compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Support aircraft return-to-service activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure projects are completed within required timeframes.

Candidate Requirements

Valid EASA Part-66 B1 Licence.
Current A320 type rating.
Previous experience within a base maintenance environment.
Strong knowledge of aviation safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Must operate through an LTD company.
